I would personally choose Rome out of all the options. I haven't been in any of the countries you mentioned, but I wanted to go to Rome ever since I was young. I think that Rome is much better in terms of landmarks and economic stability. I hear that Brasil is not that safe compared to the others. I can't recommend the others, though, because I don't usually pay attention to those countries.
